Kayaking in Scotland – Dunkeld

Starting the trip in Dunkeld and Birnam. We will follow some minor rapids of the River Tay through the wild, scenic places. A great place to relax, experience leaping salmon, sight of herons and even kingfishers or ospreys if we are lucky.

We will meet at the start of the trip, a small forest car park in Birnam, on the right bank of the River Tay, downstream from the nearby roadbridge.

No kayaking experience necessary. Suitable for age 5+

WHAT TO BRING?
Warm clothes, no jeans, suitable for the weather, including shoes you don’t mind to get wet, that’s it. We will have dry bags available so you can carry spare hats, gloves, food, camera, drink and any medications safely with you.
