Kayaking in Scotland – River Isla, Meigle
River Isla, Meigle
Tay Country, Perthshire
A little bit more advnenturing section of the River Isla. Starting with a lot of meanders, plenty of trees alongside where kingishers, beavers and otters like to hide,. This place floods often in the winter so we can come across some river blockage which we will try to cross as a team. After the 3 out of 11 km the forest finishes and we are left with a slow pace, relaxing journey until we reach Cuttie Bridge near Coupar Angus.
