Less than a year ago we launched our handcrafted boards for kayaks. Made in Alyth, Perthshire only a short walk away from our base at the time.
During the first Tay Cities conference in Dundee in March 2019, I did present the boards to the public. The idea came from simply lack of good places to eat by the water’s edge across this part of Scotland.
I have decided to bring some amazing locally sourced food and drink on board of our kayaks. We use double and single kayaks, suitable for all ages and ability explorers. Outdoor Explore offers now over 60 destinations to our clients to choose from as our bespoke guided tours product.
In the last year, we have created some amazing connections with the local coffee roasters, deli shops, direct food and drink suppliers so you can upgrade your bespoke adventure into a picnic!
We are open all year round. We can arrange a sunrise or sunset trip or even a night time kayaking adventure if you wish. The picnic can be served on the kayaks, or we can add a small fire on an island. All surrounded by amazing landscapes, wildlife and plenty of tales which we will share with you on our guided tours.
